NASA’s Historic Manned Mission Launch, Launching for the first Time from a Private Spacecraft, Aboard Two Astronauts

Amidst the Corona crisis, America has embarked on a fresh flight. For the first time NASA has sent two people to the International Space Station from a spacecraft of private company SpaceX. US President Donald Trump also witnessed this. Trump stood on the roof of Kennedy Space Center in Florida and witnessed this historic moment. Trump was also accompanied by daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared.

The SpaceX spacecraft in which two NASA astronauts have been sent is named The Crew Dragon. NASA crew astronaut Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley are aboard as crew in The Crew Dragon, which will reach the International Space Station after a 19-hour journey.

Astronaut Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley were selected for this mission in the year 2000 itself. Both have gone into space twice through space shuttle. Launching of America's most trusted rocket Falcon-9 was done so that the risk should be minimized.

After 2011, such a mission has been carried out in the US for the first time. Now understand why the help of a private company like Space X was taken in this mission …

* NASA had been working on the international space station plan for 20 years

* The cost of launching from Russian rockets was constantly increasing.

Therefore, the US gave spaceX a big financial support and approved for the space mission.

Now the question is why Space X was chosen to reduce the cost of launching? To know the answer, it is necessary to know about Space X.

Know about spaceX

* SpaceX is the company of American industrialist Elon Musk

* Elon Musk laid the foundation of this company in 2002

* Space X provides commercial and government launch services on Falcon Heavy Rockets.

* The objective of Space X is to reduce the cost of voice over space.

* Working with NASA on several space missions for the future

NASA's launch was to take place on May 27. But due to bad weather, the mission had to be postponed just 17 minutes before launching.
