Prime Minister Narendra Modi Thursday said the BJP is fully committed to fulfilling the dreams and aspirations of the country's talented youngsters, as the party's youth wing launched its campaign for his return to power in the Lok Sabha polls.
"I commend the energetic BJYM team for their #VijayLaksh2019 movement that will mobilise Yuva Shakti from all over India on a large scale for a strong mandate for the BJP. Our Party is fully committed to fulfilling the dreams and aspirations of our talented youngsters. #NaMoYuva," Modi tweeted.
The prime minister's tweet came after Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) chief Poonam Mahajan launched a campaign of 17 different programmes aimed at connecting with young voters with the slogan 'Laksh Hamara, Modi Dobara" (Our aim, Modi again). The BJYM has named the exercise "Vijay Laksh 2019"
Prime Minister will inaugurate the new building of Vallabh Bhai Patel Science and Research Institute in Ahmedabad on Friday. On the last day of the tour, Modi will go to Silvassa headquarters, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, on January 19. Here they will lay the foundation for several projects.
Dubai will be on the lines of shopping festivals
Ahmedabad Shopping Festival is being held in the 2 lakh sqm at the exhibition centre of Gandhinagar Helipad Ground. Claims that this will be the biggest trade show in the country. It is being celebrated on the lines of the Dubai Festival. It covers the shoppers selling goods from malls to footpaths. Power Minister Saurabh Patel told that 1200 stalls have been installed in the trade show. For the first time, Bayer-Sellers will be participating in the meeting with 1500 Bayer-sellers from India and abroad.
Modi will meet with the heads of state
The President of two countries, four Prime Ministers and a large number of industry sector leaders are participating in the Vibrant Gujarat Summit. It will include 15 Indian and 11 international organizations. Modi will hold meetings with different heads of states on January 18.
