 Step 1:

To make this recipe, first heat ghee in a pressure pan on medium heat. Put cloves, cinnamon, black pepper and onion in the pan and stir fry till they turn golden brown. After this, add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook for 1-2 minutes. If you like the onion smokiness, fry for some more time.

 Step 2:

When the mutton is cooked, add green peas and mix it. Add 4 cups of water to it and cook in a pressure cooker till it comes to 2-3 whistles. Now turn off the stove and when the pressure decreases, remove the lid and heat the pan on medium heat.

 Step 3:

Cook the mince till it dries. If you want a light gravy, remove the pan from the heat before all the water dries. Serve with lemon wedge. If you want to make this recipe more delicious then you can add fresh cream or butter cube. This will give creamy texture to the dish and enhance the taste. You can serve it hot with pav.
