A case of murder of a person working in a bank has come to light in Jaipur to get a compassionate government job. Five days after the death, the brother of the deceased has lodged a case of murder in Kardhani police station on Sunday. In which he has been accused of killing his brother by beating his sister-in-law, nephew, and niece. Evidence of assault has also been handed over. The police station in charge Rajesh Bafna is investigating the case. According to the police, Jaisingh, who lives in Gopalan Nagar in Khatipura, told in the FIR that his elder brother Shakti Singh (48) lived in Harnathpura in Jhotwara with his wife Suman Kanwar, son, and daughter. He used to work in Punjab National Bank. Jaisingh says that after marriage, there used to be estrangement between elder brother and sister-in-law. After both the children grew up, sister-in-law Suman Kanwar along with the children started beating her husband Shakti Singh.
According to Jaisingh, his brother Shakti Singh would often come home. Then he talked about beating. He also showed injury marks on the body. Seeing this, we used to cry but due to the behavior of our sister-in-law, we could not do anything. Shakti Singh had gone to meet his brother and father for the last time five days ago on August 30 at around 5 pm narrating his ordeal.
The same day at around 9:30 pm, Shakti Singh's neighbor called his sister and told her that at 8:30 pm he was sitting outside the house. Then the son forcibly took him inside. There, the sound of a quarrel started coming inside. After some time, the mother and both the children took the neighbor Om's car and took Shakti Singh to a private hospital in an unconscious condition. There his sister also reached there. Then they referred him to another hospital. Their doctors declared Shakti Singh dead.
The police reached the spot after the commotion. The body was taken to SMS Hospital. There the post-mortem was conducted by the medical board. It is alleged that there were also injury marks on it. Then the younger brother accused the elder brother of murder against his wife and both the children. In which it was told that the sister-in-law wanted to get her daughter a compassionate government job in the bank instead of her husband. In such a situation, after hatching a conspiracy, he was beaten to death. The police are investigating the matter. Statements of all the parties will be taken in the matter. The cause of death is also yet to be revealed in the medical report. Only then will the action proceed.
