1/2 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 gram oats
Salt to taste
1 cinnamon
1 tablespoons baking soda
One and a half teaspoon baking powder
3 tbsp egg
1 tablespoon curd
3 tablespoons milk
Water
2 tablespoons refined oil
Maple syrup
Honey
How to make multi-grain pancake:
Step 1:
Take two big bowls and mix all kinds of flour in them, together with baking powder and baking soda. In the second part, beat the egg and mix milk in it, add honey and curd. Mix it well. Now add water to the bowl. Mix the ingredients of these two bowls together and finally add the powdered cinnamon.
Step 2:
Place a large non-stick pan on medium heat, add some oil to it. When the oil is hot, add batter and rotate it round. Cook till it turns brown and roast from all sides. Now turn and roast. Your multi-grain pancake is ready.
