Reliance Industries chairman Mukesh Ambani has become Asia's richest businessman for the tenth year in a row. Adani Group's owner Gautam Adani is at number two. Even though Mukesh Ambani is at number one, Adani is ahead of him in terms of daily earnings.
IIFL Wealth Hurun India has released the list of the richest people in Asia. According to this figure, Mukesh Ambani's daily earning was Rs 163 last year and during this time Gautam Adani was earning Rs 1002 crore.
There has been a tremendous increase in the wealth of Gautam Adani. Adani's assets have increased by Rs 3,65,700 crore at the rate of Rs 1000 per day. Even after the increase in Adani's wealth, the number one place is still occupied by Mukesh Ambani. According to this report, Mukesh Ambani's assets are worth Rs 7,18,000 crore. Mukesh Ambani has remained at this place for ten consecutive years.
According to the figures released, there has been an increase of 261 percent in the assets of the Adani family. Their assets have increased by Rs 1,40,200 crore to Rs 5,05,900 crore. Adani's assets have increased by Rs 3,65,700 crore.
Shiv Nadar and the HCL family are at number three on this list. His assets have increased by 67 percent to Rs 2,36,600 crore. Next is SP Hinduja and family, whose assets have increased by 53 percent to Rs 2,20,000 crore in one year.
The property figures released in this list are as of 15 September 2021. If we look at the list of women, then Smitha V. Krishna, a third-generation member of the Godrej Group family, is the richest woman on this list with Rs 31,300 crore.
