Corona virus cases are increasing rapidly in India, although the corona virus test conducted so far shows that the rate of infection in India is not as high as seen in countries of America, Europe or Asia.
More than 7 Lakh Testing Done so far, 40 Thousand Tests are Conducted Daily

Testing is being extended by the government to identify the corona virus patients in the country. According to data released by the Indian Council of Medical Research, the total corona virus testing in the country has crossed 7.16 lakh till 9 am on Tuesday, i.e. on 28 April, whereas more than 40 thousand corona virus tests are being done in the country every day. As of Monday, the figure was 6.66 lakh Tests.

Corona virus cases are increasing rapidly in India, although the corona virus test conducted so far shows that the rate of infection in India is not as high as seen in countries of America, Europe or Asia. Only 4.10 percent of the total corona virus test conducted in India has been found to be corona positive. As of Tuesday morning, the total corona virus cases in the country have reached 29435.

In India, the speed of corona virus test has increased for the last one week, due to which the number of patients has also increased rapidly, although there is a slight decrease in the ratio of patients found positive after the test, which is relief news. Until a week ago, the percentage of patients found positive after the corona test was close to 4.5 percent, which has now come down to 4.1 percent.

Lockdown is in force across the country from March 25 to curb the corona virus and the lockdown will continue until May 3. There is no announcement from the Central Government about whether the lockdown will open after May 3. On Monday, Prime Minister Modi has discussed the lockdown with the Chief Ministers of all the states of the country.
