2. Reduce anger. Keep your mind calm. It provides relief to the brain, which relieves pain.

3. Having an empty stomach can cause migraine pain. To avoid this, keep eating something.

4. Lots of gold is necessary. Reduced sleeping habits also aggravate Migraine Home Remedies. Sleep at least 8 hours per day.

5. Diets include doing nutritious things. Eat protein-rich diets like milk, yoghurt, cheese, lentils, meat and fish etc. Eat green vegetables.

In the month of May, AIIMS conducted a study on migraine patients coming to the Department of Neurology, in which it was found that if the patients were given yoga for 3 days a week along with the medicines of migraine, then their disease could be cured quite fast. Headache can be significantly reduced. Pranayam and some yogic exercises and meditation such as relaxation exercises included in this.
