Trying to Improve the Sales
Santosh Iyer, vice-president (sales and marketing), Mercedes-Benz India, said, “We are optimistic with some caution about the upcoming festive season.” The Corona epidemic is not over yet and we are still not out of it. But in the last few months, we have been able to bring some improvement in the (sales) situation and the initial impact of the epidemic is going away. If things move in the right direction from here, October will be the first month when the company will be able to do the same business as last year’s level.
