A major accident occurred in Hindustan Petroleum Plant in Unnao. There has been a massive explosion in Bharat Petroleum plant in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao. The plant caught fire with the explosion. The explosion caused a stampede among the employees working in the plant and people from nearby villages. It is being told that the valve of the tank has exploded after leaking.
Many fire brigade vehicles have reached the spot to control the fire caused by the explosion. Many vehicles of fire brigade from Lucknow were also called for the spot. A sudden explosion caused a stampede at the plant after the explosion.
UP IG Praveen Kumar says that the fire has been almost controlled and the situation is completely under control. All the stopped trains from Lucknow to Kanpur-Unnao have started operating. Three people are normally injured due to the fire, who have been admitted for treatment.
