Ingredients:
5-6 medium-size idlis
A medium-sized chopped onion
A large chopped tomato
Half a teaspoon garlic-ginger paste
1 pinch turmeric
A quarter teaspoon red chili powder
Half a teaspoon of Pavabhaji Masala
One fourth teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon oil
Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
How to make Masala Idli:
1. First, cut the idli into small pieces. Now put oil in a pan and heat it.
2. Add cumin seeds after heating. After this, add garlic-ginger paste, onion and fry well.
3. When onion turns light brown, add tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft. Meanwhile, add turmeric, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and salt as per taste and mix it well.
4. Now add idli to it. If you are using idli kept in freeze then add a little water in it.
5. Now mix it well in a low flame. After this, turn off the gas and add green coriander to it.
