Method of making Mango Cheesecake:
Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them properly and prepare the biscuit crumbs. Now, put these biscuit crumbs in a bowl and add sugar and melted butter to it and mix well.
Now pour the biscuit mixture in a tray and spread it well so that the base of the biscuit will be one and a half to 2 inches in height. Keep this biscuit base in the freezer for 10 minutes so that it sets well.
Put gelatin powder in cold water and set it. Now whisk the egg york and sugar well so that it becomes light and fluffy. Add baking powder to this mixture and mix.
Then add cream to this mixture and mix well. Then add lemon juice, vanilla to it and mix. Melt the gelatine in an oven and mix it in the creamy mixture.
