So let’s know the easy recipe of Veg Manchurian-
These things are needed to make Veg Manchurian-
Cabbage – 2 cups (grated)
Capsicum-2 (finely chopped)
Medium size Onion-2 (finely chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
All-purpose flour – 1 cup
Corn Flour – 4 tbsp
Red chili powder – 2 tsp
Tomato Chili Sauce – 3 tbsp
oil for frying
salt to taste
Water – 1/2 cup
soy sauce – 2 tsp
Method to make Veg Manchurian-
- To make Veg Manchurian, first, wash and grate the cabbage.
- Now take a bowl and add cabbage, all-purpose flour, salt, cornflour, red chili powder, and make a dough.
- Now take oil in a pan and fry these balls.
- Then heat oil in another pan and fry chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, capsicum, and a pinch of salt in it.
- Then add soya sauce and tomato chili sauce to it.
- Now put the cabbage balls in it and mix them.
- Add your Veg Manchurian.
