Mahindra has launched a new edition of Thar. The company has introduced it as a special edition of the 70 year mark and hence its name is Thar 700. Mahindra will sell only 700 units of this car The price of Mahindra Thar 700 is 9.99 lakh rupees (ex showroom Delhi). The price of the new Thar is about 50 thousand rupees more than the standard Thar CRDE 4 wheel drive variant of the car.
Mahindra Thar 700 will only be available in two exterior paint shades. You can buy this car only in Napoli Black and Aqua Marine Colors. Along with this, the car will have a five-spoke 15-inch alloy wheel, which is seen in the last generation Scorpio. Since this car is part of the special edition, so you will get the signature of the Thar on the bonnet of the car.
You will be able to see the silver finish on the car's front bumper. In addition, you will also see the signature of Anand Mahindra, Chairman of Mahindra Group in the car. In the cabin, Mahindra has put leather on the top. The Mahindra Thar 700 Edition has a 2.5 liter CRD engine, which comes with a manual gearbox with 5 speed units.
