The boycott of Chinese goods is going on in the country amid a dispute with China. In the 'Mann Ki Baat' program, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also mentioned such letters, in which there was a mention of taking a pledge not to use Chinese goods. Till now, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), which has been advising Congress not to do politics on China issue, has also opened a front against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Jitendra Ahwad, NCP leader and minister in the Uddhav government of Maharashtra, criticized the BJP and said that now self-proclaimed patriots talk of boycott of Chinese goods. He alleged that Foreign Minister S.K. Jaishankar's son's organization got donation of Rs 3 crore from China, whereas, NCP leader Jitendra did not stop at this.
The Uddhav government minister also targeted Ajit Doval, the National Security Advisor (NSA). Ahwad alleged that the organization related to Doval is also associated with Chinese organizations and they now talk of boycott of Chinese goods. Significantly, the opposition Congress is an attacker on the ongoing tension in Ladakh from China and the BJP has also opened a front against the Congress.
The BJP accused the Congress of transferring funds from the Prime Minister's National Disaster Relief Fund to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation. The BJP also accused the Congress of taking donations from China. Now Jitendra Ahwad has put the ruling BJP at the center in the dock due to donations from China. Significantly, NCP National President Sharad Pawar had said recently that it is not right to do politics over tensions due to China.
Sharad Pawar gave this message directly to his coalition partner Congress without naming anyone that we should not forget 1962. Let us tell you that 20 soldiers were killed in violent clashes with Chinese soldiers in the Galwan Valley area of Ladakh and since this incident, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi is an attacker on the government.
