Google has made a doodle to tell people about the importance of voting in a democracy and how people can vote for it. Voting for the first phase will be held today to choose the 17th Lok Sabha. In the first phase, voting will take place from 91 seats in 20 states started at 7 AM.

Today the country is celebrating the biggest festival of democracy. Lok Sabha elections 2019 have been started in India and voting in the first phase. In this biggest celebration of democracy, Google has joined the world's largest search engine. Google has also honored the Doodle for the general elections of Indian democracy. On the day of voting for the first phase, Google has made a doodle and appealed people to vote. Actually, Google has appealed to vote for people by creating an inked finger Doodle.

After the voting in India, the blue ink is applied to the voters' finger. Normally after the voting, the blue ink on the finger is seen as part of the general public participation in the democratic process.

Voting for the first phase will be held today to choose the 17th Lok Sabha. In the first phase, voting will take place from 91 seats in 20 states at 7 AM. A total of 1279 candidates are waiting for these 91 seats. These seats include BJP leaders like Nitin Gadkari, Mahesh Sharma, Satyapal Singh, Chirag Paswan, Chief Jatan Ram Manjhi, RLD Supremo Ajit Singh and AMI Chief Asaduddin Owaisi.

This time, in the Lok Sabha elections, voting will be held in seven phases. Polls will be held on May 19 under the final stage and results will be declared on May 23. Today, votes will be cast for assembly elections in Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha.

In the first phase, for the Lok Sabha elections, eight of UP, five in Uttarakhand, four in Bihar, seven in Maharashtra, five in Assam, four in Odisha, Jammu and Kashmir, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya and West Bengal and two seats. Votes are being casted for each seat in Chhattisgarh, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep.
