 Step 1:

To prepare the dough, first of all, mix mustard oil, a pinch of salt in the wheat flour in a mixing bowl and mix well. Then add water and knead soft dough.

 Step 2:

To prepare the stuffing of litti, mix sattu, pickle spices, mustard oil, lemon juice, nigella, ginger, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt in a vessel. Pre-heat the oven to 180 ° C. Now divide the dough into equal parts. Now roll each piece a little by filling a spoon with a spoon in the middle and close its mouth and roll it into a ball shape.

 Step 3:

Place these prepared balls in a baking tray and cook them well by rotating from each side. For this, keep your oven in broil mode for 2-3 minutes so that the litti crisps well on both sides.

 Step 4:

Now to make chokha, first wash the brinjal and make an incision in it. Now place the aluminum foil on the baking tray and place the eggplants in it and place the tomatoes on top. Now roast them by placing them on broil mode of oven. When roasting is complete, peel off both the brinjal and tomato and mash it well.

 Step 5:

Now add garlic, salt, mustard oil, lemon juice, green chillies and coriander leaves to the mashed mixture of brinjal and tomato and mix all the ingredients well. Chokha is ready.

 Step 6:

Take out the chokha in a serving bowl. Now dip the prepared litti in melted ghee and serve with puree. If you want, you can serve it with kadhi too.
