If you work more than 52 hours in a week, then hair loss will be more

According to a report published in the journal Annals of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, men aged 20 or 30 who work more than 52 hours a week have a higher hair loss and a faster rate. Compared to those who work in normal office hours. If you work more than 10 hours every day for 5 days working in a week, then your hair will fall more than others.

Too much work causes damage to hair follicles

These results were the same for all participants, taking into account the changes in lifestyle and marital status of all the participants involved in the study. According to the team of researchers, due to too much work and no rest of the body, the hair follicles are damaged due to which the hair reaches the catagen face where the active growth of hair stops.

This research was done on 13,391 men

13 thousand 391 implants men were included in this research and this is the first of its kind research in which long working hours are related and focused on hair loss. Working for 40 hours a week was kept in the normal category of work, while for 52 hours a week, work was done in the category of Long Working Hours. A direct connection between long hours of work and baldness occurred.
