Everyone loves the taste of Veg Raita. If you make it for lunch or dinner, all the people will eat it with great passion and will definitely demand from you again.

Total Time: 20 minutes

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

2 cups yogurt

1 cup water

1 Potato Boiled

1 tomato

1 cucumber

2 tsp Coriander finely chopped

1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

1/4 tsp black pepper powder

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp sugar

Salt to taste

  1. To make veg raita, firstly peel cucumber, tomato and potato with the help of knife and cut them into fine pieces.
  2. Now pour curd in a vessel and add a little water and whisk the curd well. Add all the chopped ingredients to the curd, like cucumber, tomatoes and boiled potatoes.
  3. Mix all the mixture well in the curd.
  4. After doing this, add all the spices that are black pepper, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, cumin powder, green coriander etc. in this mixture and mix it well.
  5. Take out your raita in a bowl, add green coriander and a little cumin powder, garnish your delicious and spicy veg raita.
