Mango Malpua is one such delicious recipe that will increase your love for mango. Malpua is a very old Indian recipe that is made at the time of most festivals. This recipe is especially for mango lovers. This recipe prepared from mango pulp will be liked by every age group. You can serve it at any festival especially on Eid, kitty party, potluck or dinner.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons mango pulp

1 cup wheat flour

2 chopped mango cubes

8 pieces pistachios

1/2 teaspoon yogurt (curd)

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon Ghee

2 tablespoons coconut pieces

Water as required

Method of making Mango Malpua:

 Step 1:

To make this fun recipe, take water in a big bowl, add wheat flour and curd to it. Mix it well and keep it overnight to be firm.

 Step 2:

When yeast rises in mixture, add mango pulp and honey and mix it well. Now heat ghee by placing a pan on low heat.

 Step 3:

When the ghee gets hot, add the batter and spread it in a round shape on the griddle. Pour some ghee on the edges so as not to stick. When small bubbles start appearing, flip it over and fry it on both sides.

 Step 4:

Now add pistachios, mango cubes, coconut flakes and honey and fold over. Turn off the gas and put it in the serving tray.
