2 cups puffed rice
8 papdi
2 green chillies
1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup boiled potatoes
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 cup finely gram flour
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp coriander leaves
1 tsp green coriander chutney
1 tsp sweet chutney
Step 1:
To make bhel puri, first take a big pot and add puffed rice in it. Now add finely chopped potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes etc. and mix. Now add peanuts to this mixture and mix well.
Step 2:
Now break the papdi in it and add sev with it, it will make the taste of bhel puri crisp.
Step 3:
After doing so, add green chili, chaat masala and green coriander chutney and sweet chutney on top of this mixture.
Step 4:
Now add a little salt according to it and mix all the ingredients well. Your delicious and wonderful bhel puri is ready. Take it out in a bowl or plate and serve.
