Ingredients:
Fresh Noodles 300g
Oil 4 teaspoons
Onion 3 (finely chopped)
Carrot 2 (sliced)
Green capsicum 2 (sliced)
Cabbage 100 grams (sliced)
Green Onion 3 (finely chopped)
Ginger 1 inch (finely chopped)
Green Chilli 4 (finely chopped)
Soy sauce two and a half tablespoons
Half a teaspoon of white pepper powder
One and a half tablespoons of salt
Ajinomoto 1/8 teaspoon
Garlic 2 buds
How to make Veg Hakka Noodles:
Step 1:
Place a pan on medium heat add oil to it. Add onion, green chilies, ginger and garlic and fry it for a few minutes. Meanwhile, boil the noodles according to the guidelines given on the packet and keep them aside.
Step 2:
Now add chopped vegetables, Ajinomoto, salt and white pepper powder to the pan. At this time, turn the heat on high and cook all the vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3:
Add boiled noodles and mix lightly. Add soy sauce and cook for a minute. Hakka noodles is ready. Serve it garnished with green onions.
