Chicken Chowmein Recipe: Hearing the name of Chowmein makes everyone's mouth water and if it is a chicken Chowmein then it's taste is different. Everyone loves the delicious taste of chicken chowmein.

200-gram chowmein
200 gm chicken
1 cup water
1 capsicum
1 cabbage
1 onion
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
2 tsp oil
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
Step 1
To make Chicken Chowmein, first of all wash the chicken and clean it thoroughly and keep it in a plate. Now take water in a vessel and place it on the gas for heating.
Step 2
When the water starts boiling, put chowmein in it and keep stirring it with a spoon. After some time the chowmein will start becoming soft, turn off the gas and separate the water and chowmein with the help of a sieve.
Step 3
Finely chop capsicum, cabbage and onion. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Put onion in hot oil and fry on low flame for some time, then add capsicum and cabbage and fry.
Step 4
When the mixture is roasted, add vinegar, soy sauce and chilli sauce to it and mix it with a little salt. Now add the chicken pieces and mix it with all the mixture.
Step 5
After a while, this mixture will be roasted, then add boiled chowmein in it and cover it for 2 minutes and leave it to cook. After some time your delicious chicken chowmein is ready.
