The finest combination of corn, coriander leaves, fresh cream and spices gives these pakoras such flavors that it makes anyone's mouth-watering. It is very easy to make and you can make it as a snack anytime. If you want, you can serve it with coriander and mint chutney or tomato ketchup of your choice.

Ingredients:
Frozen Sweet Corn 420 gms
Maida 1 cup
Fresh Cream 1 tsp
Whipped Egg 1
Coriander leaves 3 teaspoons
Green Chilli finely chopped 1 teaspoon
Half teaspoon finely chopped garlic
Baking Powder Half a teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice half a teaspoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder as per taste
Oil as needed
How to make corn pakoda:
Step 1:
Take a bowl and add sweet corn, finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chilies, garlic, garam masala powder, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice, fresh cream and beaten egg and mix well.
Step 2:
Add baking powder and maida to this mixture and make it a mixture like dough. It does not matter if you feel that this mixture is a bit sticky. Don't worry.
Step 3:
Place a pan on medium heat and heat the refined oil in it. Apply some oil on your palms and now take the mixture of corn and maida in your hands to form a tikki. Likewise, make all the tikkis from the whole mixture and keep them aside.
Step 4:
When the oil is well heated, fry the tikkis in it till it turns golden brown from both the sides. Corn pakoras or tikkis you want to say are ready. Serve them hot with your favorite sauce or dip.
