Ingredients:
500 gms Paneer
2 medium green capsicum (cut into one inch cubes)
2 medium tomatoes (cut into 1 inch cubes)
3 tablespoons oil
1 tsp chaat masala
For marination:
Hung Curd
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
A pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp pomegranate powder
2-3 tablespoon fresh cream
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt
Method of making Paneer Anardana Kebab:
1. Cut the cheese into pieces and one inch in length and thickness.
2. Mix all the ingredients of marination and put the pieces of Paneerin it for 15 minutes and leave it to marinate.
3. Heat the oil on a flame and put the pieces of Paneeron it and fry the shawls till they turn golden brown, it should be crispy from the bottom.
4. Remove them on paper towels.
5. Now toss the capsicum and tomato pieces in the remaining marination and fry in the remaining oil on the pan for 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Apply a piece of cheese with a piece of capsicum and tomato in a toothpick.
7. Sprinkle chaat masala over it and serve hot.
