Ingredients:

1 cup peas

200-gram mushroom

2 onions

3 tomatoes

3 cardamom

1 piece cinnamon

1 tsp chilli

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste

How to make Mushroom Gravy Recipe:

  1. To make Mushroom Gravy, first clean the mushrooms and then cut them.
  2. After doing so take a pan and heat oil by adding oil to it. After the oil is hot, add cardamom.
  3. After some time add finely chopped onion and fry it till the onion color becomes light golden. Now add chopped tomatoes and fry them.
  4. Add turmeric, salt, coriander, garam masala, red chilli to this mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Now add a cup of water and leave it to cook on the gas for a while. After some time when some water is cooked, add peas and mushrooms to it and mix well.
  6. Leave all this mixture on the gas for 5 minutes to cook. In a while, your hot hot mushroom gravy is ready.
