Ingredients:

2 finely peeled apples

2 finely peeled oranges

7 Fine Strawberry

1 ½ cup sugar

2 finely chopped bananas

6 finely chopped plums

1 finely chopped pineapple

½ Tablespoon Lime Juice

How To Make Mixed Fruit Jam Recipe:

 Step 1:

Blend all the fruits in a blender or mixer until a smooth mixture is ready to make puree.

 Step 2:

Pour puree in a pan with sugar and cook on medium heat, stirring slowly until it comes to a boil.

 Step 3:

Reduce the flame and cook it until the puree becomes thick. Keep stirring the puree in between.

 Step 4:

When the puree starts to thicken, it will look like semi-solid jam. After this add lemon juice and mix well.

 Step 5:

Cook until the jam is thick. Keep stirring the puree in between. It can take one and a half hours on low heat.

 Step 6:

If you get consistency according to your mind, you can stop cooking. Now, your Jam is ready.
