Ingredients:
2 cups cooked and cooled rice
2 carrots chopped
2 Potatoes Chopped
9-10 beans chopped
One-third cup of green peas
6 baby corn sliced
1 onion chopped
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt to taste
How to make Masala Rice:
1. First, put oil in a pan and heat it. Once hot, add cumin and then the onion and fry till it becomes slightly soft.
2. Now add chopped vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala and cumin powder, mix well and cook covered for 10-12 minutes.
4. Now add rice to this veg masala rice and mix well.
5. Your masala rice is ready. Serve it with raita.
