1 cup gram flour
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp refined oil
2 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
2 tsp wheat flour
5 tablespoons low-fat milk
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 pinch salt
How to make Masala Khakhra Recipe:
Step 1:
To make this recipe, add turmeric, asafoetida, cumin, salt, low fat milk, chili powder and wheat along with gram flour in a deep mixing bowl. Mix all these ingredients well and knead soft dough from it.
Step 2:
Divide the dough into small portions and make it flat and make a small roti. Make chapati shape from the rest of the flour too.
Step 3:
Now put refined oil in a non stick pan on medium heat. Fry the Khakhara until a brown spot appears on it. Khakhara is ready, serve it hotly, you can store it if you want.
