Eggs 8
200 grams of finely chopped green onions
Finely chopped green chillies 5
Chopped tomatoes 5
Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 3 tsp
Ground turmeric 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Fennel 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 t
Refined oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Water as required

Coriander 1 cup chopped
How to make Egg Curry Recipe:
Step 1:
Firstly, boil the egg. When cooled, peel them and keep them aside. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds to the hot oil. now, add fennel and green onions. Fry for a minute or two. Now add green chili, tomato and ginger-garlic paste and fry for a while.
Step 2:
Fry the masala for 2-3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper and salt. Mix the spices well in the mixture and allow it to boil by adding water as needed. Add boiled eggs to the boil and mix lightly.
Step 3:
