Masala Chicken Recipe Ingredients:
– Washed and dried chicken 1/4 kg
– Chopped onion 3 cups
– 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
– 1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
– Garlic buds 1 tablespoon
– Cumin 1 teaspoon
– Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
– Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
– Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
– Refined oil 5 tbsp
– Curry leaves 1/2 cup
– Salt 1 teaspoon
– Ginger 2 inch
– Mustard 3/4 teaspoon
– Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
– Coriander powder 3 tablespoons
– Water 3/4 cup
– Poppy seeds (poppy seeds) 1 1/2 tablespoons
How to make Masala Chicken Recipe:
Wash and dry the chicken 3 to 4 times. Now grind two pieces of ginger, garlic, mustard, cumin and black pepper together.
Now take chili, coriander, turmeric and quarter cup of water. Make a paste by grinding them all. Now grind the grated coconut, poppy seeds together and make a fine paste.
Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, fry the onions till they turn golden. Now add curry leaves and salt, after this add ginger-garlic spice paste and fry for three minutes.
Now add chilli-coriander-turmeric powder paste to it. Mix well and add chicken pieces. Fry for five minutes.
Add tomatoes and fry it for five minutes, then add half a cup of water and cook for 10-15. When the chicken becomes soft, add coconut-poppy paste to it and cook on medium flame for five minutes.
Finally, add coriander, stir well and remove from heat. Serve with hot naan and raita.
