Mango Chaat Recipe: Try this Delicious Recipe at Home
If you like both chaat then this is a fusion recipe that you will definitely like. In addition to raw mangoes, onions, tomatoes, sev and many other spices are used to make this chaat. This snack recipe is very easy to make and it is ready in minutes which can satisfy anyone's appetite. Since it does not require much material to make, it can be prepared easily with less effort. You can also make it on occasions like kitty party, game night or buffet.

Mango Chaat Ingredients:
Raw mango 500 grams
Half a cup of nachos
Roasted Peanuts Half Cup
Onion 2
Tomato 2
Green Chili 3
Boiled potatoes 2
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala powder 1 teaspoon
Black salt as required
Sev Namkeen 5 tablespoons
Coriander leaves 6 teaspoons
Method of making Mango Chaat:
Step 1:
Heat the pan on medium heat and fry the peanuts in it for about 5 to 10 minutes without oil so that their taste becomes crunchy.
Step 2:
Now take a big bowl and add finely chopped raw mango, boiled mashed potatoes, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, roasted peanuts, crushed nachos and mix well.
Step 3:
Add chaat masala, red chili powder, black salt as per your taste from above and again mix the mixture well so that all the spices mix well.
Step 4:
Remove the prepared chaat in a serving bowl and serve immediately by garnishing it with garnish and finely chopped coriander leaves.
