 Step 1:

To make this delicious Malai Kofta recipe, add watermelon seeds, poppy seeds, ginger, green cardamom, red chili powder, salt and a tablespoon oil to the pressure cooker . All these ingredients will be cooked in one whistle. When it is cooked then leave this mixture to cool and then grind it in a blender. Now mix yogurt in it and mix it well and keep it aside.

 Step 2:

Meanwhile, put the paneer in a bowl and mash it well with your hands. Add green cardamom powder, salt, maida to it and mix it well. It should be slightly thick. Now make Kofta shape from this mixture.

 Step 3:

After this, put a little oil in a pan. To make this recipe more tasty, use ghee instead of refined oil. This will improve its taste further. Heat it on medium flame. When the oil is hot, carefully add the koftas and deep fry them. When its color starts to turn golden, then take it out on tissue paper so that the excess oil comes out.

 Step 4:

After that take this mixture out in a pan. Put the mixture on high flame and boil it. Add cream with hot spices. After this, put fried koftas in a serving bowl and add gravy to it. Before serving, garnish it with cream and finally serve it with hot bread or chapati, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
