You must have made kheer or fruit custard from custard many times, but hardly ever tried the cake. You can easily make cakes with custard and all-purpose flour. This cake looks very tasty to eat. Ingredients for Custard Cake

1 cup flour
cup custard powder
cup sugar
cup milk
1.5 tsp baking powder
cup olive oil

Custard Cake Recipe

  1. To make a cake from 1 custard, sieve all-purpose flour, vanilla custard powder, and baking soda in a bowl and mix it with a sieve.
  2.  If you want, mix these three things well and then filter them.
  3. Put sugar in a mixer and grind it well.
  4. Add olive oil or butter to the sugar and mix it well.
  5. Mix this mixture well in the mixture containing custard powder.
  6.  You also keep mixing milk in the batter, so that the batter does not become too thick. Mix the batter well till it becomes smooth.
  7.  Now grease the cake tin with ghee or butter. Put the prepared batter in the tin.
  8. Now to make the cake, put salt in the cooker and heat it on high flame for 7-8 minutes.
  9. Now keeping a mesh stand over the salt, keep the container containing the batter in the cooker.
  10. Now take out the whistle of the cooker, close the lid and bake the cake on a medium flame for 40-50 minutes.
  11. After about 40 minutes, check the cake once with the help of a knife.
  12. When the cake is ready, keep them cool for about 2 hours.
  13. After 2 hours cut it into the shape of your choice and serve.
  14. Very tasty spongy custard cake is ready. Children like this cake very much.
  15. You can also keep it in the fridge by closing it in a box. This cake will not spoil for about a week.
