This spicy and delicious curry is the perfect blend of cashew, khoya, green chili and cardamom, which is prepared from paneer. This dish will add flavor to any party or special occasion. You can eat this cream dish with homemade naan or you can also serve it with cumin rice. Khoya Paneer is a good choice for dinner.

Ingredients:
1 cup cashew nuts
500 gm Paneer
2 tablespoons ghee
1/2 cup Khoya
1/4 cup yogurt
1/2 ginger, sliced
2-3 green cardamom
2-3 green chillies, sliced
Salt to taste

1. Wash the cashew nuts and grind them after boiling.
2. Heat desi ghee in a pan, add green chilli and green cardamom to it and let it crackle.
3. Add cashew paste, whipped curd, salt and cook for 10 minutes.
4. Once it is cooked, add grated khoya and cottage cheese in it and stir it so that everything mixes well.
5. Garnish by adding green coriander.
6. Serve hot.
