Ingredients for Khoya Paneer Roll:

1 cup cashew nuts

2 tablespoons Ghee

1/4 cup yogurt

1 teaspoon Faluda

5 Green Chillies

4 teaspoon coriander leaves

1 chopped onion

1 chopped cucumber

Salt to taste

Half a kilo of Paneer

Half a cup of crushed khoya

1 teaspoon ginger

4 cardamom

A capsicum

A tomato

5 grams Chaat Masala

How to make Khoya Paneer Roll:

 Step 1:

Wash the cashew nuts. Boil it for a few minutes in some water. Take a pan and place it on the medium flame. Heat it and add ghee, green chilies and cardamom and sprinkle it.

 Step 2:

Now add cashew paste, whipped curd and salt. Keep the flame low enough so that the curd does not spoil. Mix it well and cook for 10 minutes. Now add grated khoya, paneer and chaat masala and mix it well. Do not run too fast, then the pieces of cheese can break.

 Step 3:

Take Rumali chapati and apply butter on it. Put tomatoes, onions and capsicum with the mixture prepared on it. You can add some more chaat masala to it to taste. Roll the chapati. Khoya Paneer Roll is ready.
