Kadhai Chicken, the famous dish of North India, is eaten mostly in restaurants. This dish made with musk fenugreek, mango powder and fenugreek seeds is loved by all non-veg lovers.

Ingredients:
250g boneless chicken
1/2 tbsp whole coriander
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 chopped onions
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 inch ginger
1/8 cup milk
4 tbsp refined oil
1/2 tbsp musk fenugreek powder
2 chopped red chillies
10 finely chopped garlic buds
4 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp coriander powder
1/8 tsp dry mango powder
1/4 finely chopped coriander leaves
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 cup water
For gravy:
1/4 tomato puree
1/2 green capsicum
How to make Kadhai Chicken Recipe:
Step 1:
Dry roast coriander seeds and grind them finely and keep them aside.
Step 2:
After this, heat oil in a pan and roast red chillies and fenugreek seeds for a few seconds.
Step 3:
Now on medium heat, cook the onion and garlic in it till it becomes golden brown.
Step 4:
After this, add coriander seeds, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix.
Step 5:
Then put the chicken on high flame and cook it with spices for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir it continuously so that all the spices are well contained inside the chicken.
Step 6:
Now add tomatoes and cook for 3 more minutes. Then add salt, mango powder and garam masala powder to it.
Step 7:
After this, cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes until the chicken becomes soft. Keep stirring occasionally and after the chicken is soft add tomato puree.

Then add coriander leaves and cook for a while. After that mix the capsicum, ginger slices and green chillies well and reduce the heat and cook.
Step 10:
Now add milk in the pan and add water and cook the chicken till it is half dry. Finally, after turning off the gas, serve it hot with rice.
