Ingredients:

Half cup oats

Half a teaspoon baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 bananas

3 egg white

Half cup mix dry fruits

One and a half cup sugar

2 tsp cinnamon powder

Raisins

1 cup skimmed milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp butter

How to make Banana oats bar:

 Step 1:

Initially heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

 Step 2:

Now put egg white, mashed banana, skimmed milk, vanilla extract in a vessel and mix well.

 Step 3:

Now add raisins and other dry fruits to your taste.

 Step 4:

Now add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, sugar and oats.

 Step 5:

Now grease baking pan with butter, then pour the prepared mixer in it.

 Step 6:

Cook in the pre-heated oven until the surface of this mixture turns golden brown. It will take about 30 minutes.

 Step 7:

Now take it out and keep it to cool down. When cooled, break it into slices and serve.
