Gobi Manchurian is very easy to make. If we put good quantity of spices then it becomes even more tasty.

Total Time: 45 minutes

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

400 gm Cauliflower

4 tsp all-purpose flour

1 tsp coriander leaves

1 onion

1 capsicum

1 tsp turmeric

1-2 green chilies

2-3 tomato sauce

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp Chilli sauce

1 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp black pepper

3/4 tsp salt

2 tsp oil

  1. First clean the cauliflower. After doing this take a bowl and mix turmeric, salt and a little water with cleaned cabbage and mix it well and keep it to boil. Boil for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Now take a vessel and add corn flour, maida, red chilli, ginger paste, garlic water etc. and prepare a mixture. Keep in mind that the mixture is neither too thick nor too thin.
  3. Take a pan and heat oil by adding oil to it. Now put cauliflower pieces in it and fry them. Until their color turns light brown.
  4. After doing so cut all the vegetables finely. Onion, capsicum, ginger, garlic, green chillies etc.
  5. Now add cumin seeds in the pan and fry them well by adding onions. When the onion is roasted, add ginger garlic to it. Also, add capsicum, red chilli, green chilli etc. and cook well for a while so that all the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Now add vinegar, sauce, sugar and cook for a while. Now add corn flour mixture to it. Now cook all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
  7. After this, add fried cauliflower pieces and cook on low heat.
  8. Keep in mind that all the spices will be well wrapped on the cabbage pieces, only then the taste will come. Allow it to cook on low flame for a while.
  9. Within a short time, your hot cabbage Manchurian is ready.
