Egg Fry: Try this Delicious Recipe for Family

The taste of egg fry is excellent and delicious. You can make it anytime and feed it to everyone. Everyone likes its delicious taste.

4 eggs boiled

2 green chillies

1 onion

1 tomato

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp red chilli

1/4 tsp garam masala

2 tsp oil

2 tsp coriander leaves

Salt to taste

  1. To make egg fry, first take boiled eggs and peel them. Now with the help of a knife, divide the egg into two parts. Cut all the eggs in this way. Finely grind the onion, tomato and green chillies in the mix.
  2. Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Add onion, tomato and green chilli paste to the hot oil and fry it well. Add turmeric, red chilli and garam masala and mix.
  3. After this, fry all the mixture well. When the masala is roasted, add chopped egg pieces to it, add salt and mix it well.
  4. Leave the mixture to cook for 2 minutes. Stir in between so that your spices and mixture do not get burnt.
  5. Turn off the gas after some time. Your delicious and wonderful egg fry is ready, take it out in a plate and put coriander leaves and serve.
