Egg chutney is very tasty and wonderful recipe. You must have always eaten eggs differently, but the taste of the sauce made by it may not be tasted by everyone.

 Total Time: 20 minutes

 Servings: 4 people


8 eggs

1 onion

1 tomato

3 green chillies

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp red chilli

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste

  1. To make egg chutney, firstly grind the onion, tomato and green chillies separately in a grinder.
  2. Put oil in a pan and heat it. Add the onion mixture to the hot oil and fry it on low heat. After roasting the onion, add ginger garlic paste and turmeric and mix well.
  3. Now add red chili to this mixture and mix as well as the powdered green chillies. Keep stirring the mixture for a while, now add ground tomatoes and salt and fry well.
  4. After this, fry all the mixture for 2 minutes. Now in the same mixture, break all the eggs one by one and mix it well with the spices and fry them.
  5. After 2 minutes, the color of the eggs will start to turn white and see if all the mixture is cooked well. Leave it to cook on gas for 2 minutes. In a short time your delicious egg chutney is ready, take it out in a bowl and serve.
