 Step 1:

To make this recipe at home, first soak moong dal in water for 2-3 hours. After this, thoroughly wash and drain out the excess water.

 Step 2:

Now pour one cup of water in a pan. Add the lentils and cook for 10 minutes. Put soaked moong dal in a large bowl and add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, garlic, green chilli and onion along with it. Grind all these ingredients and make a thick smooth paste. If you want to make this recipe more delicious, then use ghee instead of refined oil. This will make this recipe aromatic and quite tasty.

 Step 3:

Now add maida and ghee in a bowl. Now add water to make it kneaded. Take care while adding water as excessive water will spoil both the texture and taste of the puri. Add water occasionally while kneading. Now make small balls from this dough and add one teaspoon of moong dal mixture to it. Make puri from it, then heat the oil by placing a pan on a medium flame. Fry the kachori in it and after frying the kachori, remove it on the tissue paper so that the excess oil comes out. Serve hotly
