1. Yellow Colour

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup turmeric powder

  • 2 cups chickpea flour

  • Water

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together turmeric powder and chickpea flour in a 1:2 ratio.

  2. Slowly add water to the mixture and stir until it forms a thick paste.

  3. Add more water if the mixture is too thick, or more flour if it is too runny.

  4. Mix well until there are no lumps in the paste.

  5. Store the yellow colour in an airtight container until ready to use.

2. Red Colour

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dry red hibiscus flowers

  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Soak the dry red hibiscus flowers in water overnight.

  • Water

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • Indigo leaves or powder

  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Soak Indigo leaves or powder in water overnight.

  2. Strain the water and use it as a natural blue colour.

  3. Store the blue colour in an airtight container until ready to use.
