Ingredients:

1 cup fresh noodles

1 cup finely chopped carrots

½ sliced ​​green bell pepper

1 tablespoon soya sauce

1 tsp Ajinomoto

½ tsp garlic paste

1 tablespoon salt

1 tsp tomato ketchup

1 cup finely chopped onions

1 cup finely chopped cabbage

2 tablespoons corn floor

1 tbsp red chili powder

½ tsp ginger paste

1 tsp black pepper powder

½ cup refined oil

How to make Chinese Bhel recipe:

 Step 1:

Chinese bhel is a simple but tasty recipe. It is a unique blend of Indian and Chinese spices. To make this recipe, first of all, add water, half a teaspoon oil and noodles in a deep cooking pan and boil it. When it boils, put it in cold water so that the noodles do not stick together.

 Step 2:

After this, add light salt in lukewarm water and wash the vegetables. This will remove adulteration from vegetables. Then cut the vegetables. When the noodles have cooled, sprinkle the cornflour over it and mix well. Deep fry it. Now put some oil in another pan, when the oil becomes hot, add onion, green chili and fry it lightly.

 Step 3:

After this, add ginger-garlic paste, carrots, cabbage and capsicum and heat it. Garlic has a spicy fragrance to it. Now add Ajinomoto, salt, black pepper powder, chili sauce, tomato sauce and soya sauce.

 Step 4:

Meanwhile, fry the noodles in a shallow frying pan by adding a large amount of oil till it becomes crispy. Remove excess oil from it. This will remove excess oil from fried noodles. Now put fried noodles in a large bowl with the help of a spatula and garnish with coriander leaves and green onions and serve immediately. If you like spicy, then you can also add finely chopped green chillies on top of it.
