1 egg (whipped)
Half cup corn flour
Half teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon garlic paste
2 cups finely chopped onions
2 tablespoons finely chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
Handful green onion
Half cup sunflower oil
½ teaspoon salt

Step 1:
To make this very easy chicken recipe, first of all, take chicken, egg, ginger garlic paste and cornflour in a pot and mix all the ingredients well. Now add so much water in the same vessel that the chicken pieces are well coated in the batter. Now keep this batter in the fridge for 1-2 hours so that the chicken is well marinated.
Step 2:
Now remove the chicken from the fridge. Now put a deep pan on the gas and put oil in it and heat it on high heat. Carefully put the chicken pieces in the oil and cook the chicken well. Take the chicken out from the oil and remove the excess oil. Now heat 1-2 spoons of oil in another pan. Add chopped onion to the oil and fry it for 2-3 minutes. Now add green chili and fry it. If you like more spicy then you can also add green chilies dipped in the vinegar. This will increase the taste and flavor of the dish.
Step 3:
After a while add soy sauce, vinegar, salt and chicken to the pan. Mix all the ingredients well so that the chicken mixes well in the sauce. When the recipe is ready, take it out in a bowl. Serve hot by garnishing it with green onions and sesame seeds.
