This is a tasty dish prepared on the occasion of Eid or marriage. It has a delicious flavor of chicken as well as yogurt and spices. If you like spicy food, then you can also add green chili to it according to your taste. Enjoy it with roti naan or paratha.

Ingredients:
Ghee 5 tablespoons
Pepper 3 pinch
Cumin 2 teaspoon
Dry ginger powder 1 teaspoon
Fennel powder 1 teaspoon
Chicken breast 750 grams
Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
Dry Red Chili 2
Yogurt half cup
Salt to taste
Cinnamon one piece
A pinch of asafoetida
How to make Chicken Rogan Josh:
Step 1:
First of all, heat the ghee in a deep bottom pot on medium heat. Add all the whole spices and fry it.
Step 2:
Add chicken pieces to it and cover the pan and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes. Keep in mind that while cooking the chicken, keep the flame medium. Now beat the curd well and add it to the chicken.
Step 3:
Now add all the powdered spices and cook until the moisture dries up. Increase the heat at this time because the chicken cooks quickly and if it is kept covered for a long time, the chicken will become brittle. Cook it till the oil starts coming out of it. Add 1 cup of water to it and let it cook on low heat. Check that there is little or no salt.
Step 4:
If you like to eat more spicy then add more red chili powder to it. Your dish is ready. Remove it from the heat and garnish it to your liking and eat it with roti, naan or rice.
