 Step 1:

Take a big pot and mix red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, curd and salt in it well. This step of marination is very important.

 Step 2:

Now clean the chicken thoroughly with tap water and then cut it into small pieces. When the chicken is cut, put it in the pre-prepared marination. When all the spices are well wrapped in the chicken, keep it aside for 4 to 6 hours to marinate so that the chicken absorbs all the flavors well.

 Step 3:

Now take a deep bottom pan and heat oil in it on medium heat. Take care not to overheat the oil. Now very carefully put the chicken pieces in hot oil and deep fry them on both sides until golden.

 Step 4:

Now, take out the chicken from the oil and cook it on a low flame in a separate pan without oil. The chicken will become more crispy through this process. When this process is complete, add green chilies, curry leaves and ketchup to the pan and mix well with the chicken and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat. Your dish is ready, take it out on a serving plate and decorate it with finely chopped green onions.

 Step 5:

Chicken 65 is ready. Serve it as a snack or with roti or paratha.
