Avocado 2

Cheese slices 2

Peri-peri sauce as needed

Red bell pepper half

Oil as needed

Onion half

Garlic bread 4 slices

 Step 1:

First of all take a slice of garlic bread and place the cheese slices on top and finely chopped onion, chopped capsicum and peeled into pieces and chopped avocado in pieces.

 Step 2:

Pour peri-peri sauce on top of all these things and close the sandwich with another slice of garlic bread. Prepare more sandwiches in the same way.
