Everyone loves delicious bread pakora. You can make it as per your choice in the morning or evening breakfast. You can feed bread pakoras when any guests come to your house.

200-gram flour

2 cups water

5 bread slices

2 green chillies

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp oil

Salt to taste

  1. To make bread pakora, first take gram flour and sieve it in a vessel. Now add a little water to the gram flour and make a batter. Make sure the solution is not too thin.
  2. Add red chilli, coriander, parsley, turmeric, salt and chopped green chilies to this gram flour solution and mix.
  3. Now cut your bread in triangles. Cut all the bread slices properly so that your pakoras look good with the taste.
  4. Take a pan and put oil in it and place it on the gas for heating. Now wrap the bread slices in gram flour batter and put them one by one in the pan.
  5. Now fry the pakora with the help of a spoon. When it turns brown from one side then fry it from the other side and apply the napkin in the plate and take out the pakoras in it.
  6. Do the same with all pakoras. Your delicious and wonderful bread pakoras are ready, serve them hot with chutney or sauce.
