It is made with basil leaves, maple syrup, coconut milk and rice syrup. Believe you will eat it once, its taste will settle in your heart and mind forever.

Ingredients:

Half cup maple syrup

850 ml Coconut Milk

150 grams Basil leaves

A quarter teaspoon salt

3 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoon rice syrup

 Step 1:

To make this tasty ice cream recipe, first take a pan and keep it on the gas. Add water to it and boil it.

 Step 2:

Now add salt to it. Take a bowl and add cold water to it.

 Step 3:

Wash the basil leaves. When the water becomes very hot, add basil leaves for 1-2 seconds. Now pour these leaves in cold water. Now, squeeze water, take out basil leaves and grind them by putting them in a mixer jar.

 Step 4:

Now add vanilla extract, coconut milk, salt and maple syrup to the grounded basil leaves and blend again. When smooth puree is formed, put it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge overnight.

 Step 5:

Now serve it cold.
